The service

Snap2Meal lets you scan ingredients and generates recipe suggestions and images using AI. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app and provide accurate account information.

AI content & food safety

Recipes, ingredient identifications, nutritional estimates, and images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for general inspiration only and are not medical, dietary, or allergy advice. Always use your own judgement, check ingredients and allergens yourself, and follow safe food-handling practices. We are not responsible for outcomes from following AI-generated content.

Subscriptions

• Snap2Meal offers Plus and Pro auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock higher daily scan and recipe-generation limits.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region; any free or promotional period is forfeited when you start a paid subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass plan limits, upload unlawful content, or interfere with our services.

Your account & data

You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and data at any time from Profile → Delete account. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. The app is operated by Snap2Meal LTD; our registered business address is available on request via support@snap2meal.com.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
